Whistleblowing

We provide an external whistleblowing function through Human and Heart as a complement to other communication channels to create the opportunity to report concerns/suspicions or direct experiences of unethical, inappropriate, or otherwise fraudulent behavior.

This can be used by both employees and external stakeholders, and a report can be submitted anonymously, although the case will be linked to you so that you can receive feedback. Our employees are encouraged to speak up, and we have strict procedures in place not to take reprisals or negative repercussions regarding any form of whistleblowing regardless of its source. If you are an employee and feel poorly treated, it should be addressed internally through your union representative or safety delegate in the first instance.

What is whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing occurs when a stakeholder in a work-related context alerts to various types of misconduct in our operations. This can involve phenomena that are illegal, unethical, or directly inappropriate. Misconduct refers to any serious circumstance that may have a negative impact on our operations or work environment.

Misconduct includes but is not limited to, actual or suspected:
→ Violations of laws and regulations (whether civil or criminal)
→ Violations of our policies, instructions, and guidelines
→ Bribery and corruption
→ Serious risk to individuals' lives or health (such as environmental crime or significant deficiencies in workplace safety)
→ Serious workplace deficiencies (such as systematic bullying, discrimination, or harassment)
→ Other behavior incompatible with our core values and Code of Conduct.

General complaints or feedback about our operations are made by phone: +46 (0)250-55 35 00.
